We do not accept returns, refund and exchange on all floral products once orders has been shipped or delivered.

Delivery – Plants and Planters
• Customers are responsible to inspect the merchandise when it arrived at the shipping address for any damage.
• No pickup are offer for returns, customers are responsible to bring the merchandise and receipt to our local store for return within 3 days from delivery.
• Return will not be grant after 3 days.
• Return will not be grant if planters are damaged.
• All return will incur a 25% restocking fee
• All refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
